We operate out of the Netherlands and India with a growing network of capable professional associates in both countries.
E3PM originates from its Dutch counterpart E3 Interim Management B.V. which was initiated by Eric van der Hammen in 2008.
In 2021, Eric van der Hammen and Romil Sagar started E3 Project Management (E3PM) to provide global engineering and project management services.
We provide complete engineering & project management solutions for developing greenfield Industrial and Renewable projects globally through design, engineering, procurement and construction phases.
About Owners
Eric van der Hammen
Eric is a Dutch entrepreneur with businesses in the Netherlands and in India. During the past 35 plus years his career has developed from Marine Engineer (Bsc) sailing the world’s oceans, through management positions, to several executive positions, along the way successfully completing an executive MBA, before starting his own interim management/project management company in 2008. In recent years he has led two large food processing greenfield projects in Asia, and in parallel initiated two international start-ups involving renewable energy. His approach can be characterized as aligning people, processes and technologies to deliver results in a determined, transparent and respectful manner.Romil Sagar
Romil is an Indian entrepreneur with business in India and The Netherlands. He has a master in Construction & Project management and has been developing managing greenfield projects since 2014. He possesses a healthy track record of understanding, defining and shaping clients’ needs into actionable framework. He is a tactical and strategic manager effectively operating processes and managing stakeholders in complex project environments. Together with Eric he has developed a large food processing facility and developed sustainable waste to value projects in India since 2020.

E3IM co-founded and launched EPC Consortium aimed to process 50 Mio tons of plastic waste into fuel
2015
Lead EPCM for Dutch-Chinese JV Linkage Farm Frites to develop their French Fries Unit in Inner Mongolia
2018
Lead Interim Manager to restructure and improve business process for worldwide drilling operations of Visser & Smit Hanab BV
2019
Eric van der Hammen gets introduced to Romil SagarLead EPCM for Belgian-Indian JV Agristo Masa to develop their potato processing unit in India.
2020
Strategic partnership developed between Eric and Romil to work on EPCM projects during global Covid Lockdown.
2021
Eric & Romil launch E3 Project Management (E3PM) to develop EPCM Projects in Asia-Pacific region with focus on Waste to Value and Industrial projects.
2022
E3PM forms strategic partnership with HammenHof as their EPCM partnerEric sets up HammenHof B.V. in Netherlands with Mike van den Hof as a sustainable integrator to develop projects in Asia-Pacific region.
